About Us
We are a Canadian herb nursery located near Toronto and we have been selling our herbs by mailorder since 1970. We have experienced up front Canada Post's labour disruptions, service failures, and injurious policies; and though we have managed to survive them, we believe we could have been a much bigger success if Canada Post had a small business strategy that makes sense. We feel it is time to speak up and call for changes at Canada Post. Canada Post needs to realize that its bias toward its biggest business and institutional customers has failed and its only hope now is to reinvent itself with a fresh new focus that is friendly to small- and medium-sized mailorder businesses.
